Job DescriptionManage on-site electrical construction activities for mission-critical projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain smooth project execution.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards across all project sites.Oversee the installation and testing of electrical systems, ensuring functionality and reliability.Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders as required.Identify and resolve any on-site issues to minimize delays and maintain quality standards.Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff and subcontractors.Travel to various project locations as needed to oversee operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
