Job Description



  • Subcontractor Orchestration: Synchronize the workflows of all project trades in seamless alignment with main office objectives and project milestones.


  • Inspection Management: Proactively schedule, monitor, and lead all regulatory and agency inspections to ensure 100% compliance and zero-delay approvals.


  • Multidisciplinary Blueprint Mastery: Expertly interpret complex architectural, civil, structural, and MEP/Landscape schematics to ensure field execution matches design intent.


  • Technical Oversight & Documentation: Conduct rigorous reviews of shop drawings and third-party testing reports; manage the RFI lifecycle to resolve technical ambiguities before they impact the schedule.


  • Progress Intelligence: Maintain high-fidelity daily logs and comprehensive photographic documentation to provide real-time project visibility to stakeholders.


  • Digital Proficiency: Demonstrate a command of modern project tools-including MS Office and PDF management-to ensure efficient communication and digital record-keeping.


  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary field liaison for design professionals, project managers, and local officials to mitigate conflicts and implement rapid, cost-effective solutions.


  • Site Stewardship & Safety: Maintain a "gold-standard" job site through uncompromising organization and the strict enforcement of safety protocols.

The Successful Applicant



  • Industry Tenure: 10+ years of proven success spearheading large-scale, ground-up commercial projects, with a specific focus on complex healthcare infrastructure.


  • Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing Hospital, MOB, or Acute Care builds with individual project values exceeding $25M.


  • Clinical Compliance: Deep technical fluency in ICRA protocols and the ability to maintain stringent safety and infection control standards in sensitive environments.


  • Lifecycle Mastery: A comprehensive command of the full construction lifecycle, from site-clearing and structural systems through to medical equipment integration and final occupancy.


  • Technical Literacy: Expert-level ability to interpret and enforce compliance with dense architectural schematics, MEP specifications, and clinical design requirements.


  • Diplomatic Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between management, design professionals, medical consultants, and trade partners.


  • Adaptability & Drive: A self-motivated leader with the "whatever it takes" mindset necessary to navigate the dynamic demands of a high-priority job site.
