Job Description

  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities for higher education projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Oversee the resolution of any construction-related issues or challenges.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities.
