This organization has built a strong reputation delivering technically challenging facilities where quality, safety, and operational excellence are critical.Job DescriptionOur Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:Lead all onsite construction operations from project startup through closeoutDevelop and maintain master project schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnelDrive site safety culture and OSHA complianceManage project logistics, phasing, and sequencing plansConduct owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination meetingsOversee quality control, testing, commissioning, and turnover activitiesCoordinate complex MEP systems, process piping, clean rooms, laboratory infrastructure, and specialty equipment installationsPartner closely with Project Management regarding procurement, budgets, forecasting, and change managementEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
