Job Description

Reporting to project leadership, the Superintendent will be responsible for leading site operations and ensuring successful project execution.

  • Manage all daily field activities, logistics, and subcontractor coordination
  • Drive jobsite safety and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Oversee project quality, schedule performance, and workforce productivity
  • Conduct planning meetings and coordinate short- and long-term construction activities
  • Collaborate closely with project management, ownership representatives, and trade partners
  • Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project momentum
  • Support project delivery from startup through final turnover

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Data Center Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale ground-up construction projects
  • Previous hyperscale data center, mission-critical, industrial, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong background coordinating multiple trades on complex projects
  • Extensive knowledge of construction sequencing, safety, and quality management
  • Ability to lead large field teams and maintain schedule commitments
  • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to future projects if required

What's on Offer

  • Base salary of approximately $160,000 - $180,000+
  • Annual bonus opportunity ranging from 5% - 20%
