Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical / Data Centers

  Command daily site operations, driving project execution seamlessly from initial mobilization through complex commissioning and final client turnover.
• 
  
  Synchronize subcontractors, material vendors, and field personnel to ensure strict adherence to project timelines and premium quality standards.
• 
  
  Champion an uncompromising safety culture, strictly enforcing OSHA regulations and corporate safety compliance across all trades.
• 
  
  Oversee high-complexity installations, focusing on sophisticated MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure.
• 
  
  Maintain meticulous field analytics, authoring comprehensive daily logs, quality inspections, and milestone reports.
• 
  
  Partner cross-functionally with Project Managers, design engineers, and third-party commissioning agents to streamline project delivery.
• 
  
  Facilitate decisive site coordination meetings, ensuring absolute alignment, clear communication, and accountability across all trade partners.
• 
  
  Proactively engineer solutions for field challenges, maintaining an exceptionally high standard of structural and architectural workmanship.
• 
  
  Cultivate next-generation talent by mentoring junior field staff and fostering a site-wide culture of excellence.
• 
  
  Geographic Flexibility (Optional): Ability to travel to project sites nationwide is a strong plus, though not required due to a massive, long-term backlog of local Columbus projects.
