Senior Superintendent - Mixed Commercial Construction

• Manage all aspects of mixed commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Supervise on-site teams to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project progression.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Implement quality control measures to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for all phases of the construction process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
