Senior Superintendent - Mixed Commercial Construction

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for mixed commercial projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
