Job Description

    • Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality delivery
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, driving subcontractor performance to meet critical milestones
    • Manage field operations and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project flow
    • Monitor budgets in partnership with the Project Management team, identifying opportunities to control costs and avoid delays
    • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all phases of construction
    • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders, proactively addressing challenges and progress
    • Identify and mitigate risks in the field, resolving issues quickly to maintain schedule and budget targets
    • Foster a collaborative and accountable job site environment, driving teams to deliver projects successfully

The Successful Applicant

    • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction practices, with a focus on mixed-use, multifamily, or podium-style projects
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial projects ($75MM+) in a lead Superintendent capacity
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams
    • Proficiency in construction management tools and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and drive performance across field teams and subcontractors
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address field challenges and maintain project momentum
    • Stable career history with long-term tenure at reputable general contractors preferred
