Superintendents are given significant ownership in the field and supported by experienced project management and development teams.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionLead all on-site construction activities from sitework through final turnover.Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily jobsite operations.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards.Scheduling & ProductionDevelop and maintain project schedules, including 2-6 week look-ahead plans.Drive production across all phases including framing, MEP rough-in, and finishes.Coordinate sequencing across multiple buildings and phases simultaneously.Multifamily Project ExecutionOversee construction of:Garden-style apartment communitiesPodium/wrap-style developmentsWood-frame, stick-built multifamily structuresManage high-volume unit production and turnover schedules.Quality ControlMaintain high standards of workmanship and consistency across units.Conduct regular inspections and proactively resolve deficiencies.Ensure all finishes and deliverables meet client expectations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
