Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to address challenges.
  • Track and report progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage material deliveries and equipment to maintain workflow.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
  • Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Senior Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects
  • Multifamily experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing wood-frame multifamily projects
  • Ability to independently lead projects valued at $20M+
  • Strong scheduling, safety, and quality control knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Stable work history with strong tenure preferred
  • Willingness to travel for future projects if required
