This role is fast-tracked for leadership, offering a clear path to transition into a Senior Superintendent position within the next two years.Job DescriptionProject SchedulingCollaborative Planning: Partner closely with the Project Manager to build, maintain, and manage comprehensive project schedules from groundbreaking to closeout.Master Schedule Development: Formulate the Master Project Schedule, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction activities, critical path method (CPM), and logic sequencing.Short-Interval Scheduling: Conduct daily unit inspections to develop, maintain, and distribute accurate 3-week rolling schedules for subcontractors, suppliers, and ownership.On-Site Construction ManagementSubcontractor Supervision: Directly oversee and coordinate all on-site trade partners to ensure seamless field execution.Quality Assurance & Control: Serve as the primary QA/QC representative on-site; proactively identify, document, and resolve deficient workmanship.Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary on-site mediator to quickly resolve subcontractor, supplier, and personnel disputes.Inspection Management: Lead walks with third-party consultants (e.g., geotechnical, structural, fireproofing) for all supervised scopes; ensure total compliance and successfully pass municipal inspections.Operational Oversight: Manage daily field operations in tandem with the PM, including the approval and verification of material requests and site deliveries.Safety & Reporting: Administer first aid when necessary and provide transparent, real-time reporting to the Project Manager regarding site delays, material deficiencies, or field challenges.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
