They deliver large‑scale multifamily, hospitality, mixed‑use, office, senior living, and higher‑education projects and are known for exceptional culture, strong leadership, and high employee retention. All projects are located within the DC‑Metro area.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations on complex, large‑scale new‑construction projects.
  • Manage 3-4 onsite team members, including Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, sequencing, and site safety programs.
  • Ensure high‑quality workmanship, adherence to design intent, and timely project delivery.
  • Partner closely with the General Superintendent and project leadership to maintain performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot field challenges, proactively mitigate issues, and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uphold the company's culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction experience; strong mid‑senior level supers encouraged to apply.
  • Ground‑up, new‑construction experience is required (minimum 3 large new‑build projects).
  • Experience on projects $30M+ strongly preferred.
  • Background in office, hotel, multifamily, mixed‑use, or other large commercial builds.
  • Ability to manage field teams, project pace, safety, and quality with minimal oversight.
  • Steady career history - no job hoppers.
  • Strong understanding of day‑to‑day construction operations, means/methods, and field coordination.
