Job Description

  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities for tilt wall projects.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise promptly.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols on-site.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams and subcontractors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
