  • Our client is a well respected and established National General Contractor with a tight-knit team in Phoenix and are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to join their growing team. They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.

Job Description

  • Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
  • Successfully lead construction projects valued over $900M+ Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Phoenix
  • Work in tandem with Project Managers to set and drive schedule
  • Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and lead team of Asst Supers and PE's, delegating tasks
  • Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of lead superintendent experience required.
  • 10-15+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Wood-frame build experience required.
  • Healthcare, science, and tech experience nice to have.
  • Scheduling experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
  • Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $30M (minimum requirement).
  • Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Suites.
