Senior Superintendent

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets the required standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure all permits and inspections are completed as required by local regulations.
