Job Description

  • Full site leadership from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
  • Drive project schedule, sequencing, and phasing in active healthcare environments
  • Ensure full HCAI/OSHPD compliance and coordinate inspections
  • Partner closely with Project Management and client stakeholders
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects
  • Strong understanding of hospital construction, phasing, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to lead large teams and manage complex project logistics
  • Track record delivering projects in the $20M+ range
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
