Job Description

  • Direct day-to-day on-site supervision to ensure project is on schedule and budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all parties involved on the project including the owner, architect, engineer and sub contractors
  • Prepare and review all project logs with Project Management team
  • Prepare Scope of Work and budget with Project Management team
  • Be capable of managing/coordinating multiple quick-turn projects simultaneously
  • Manage close out process and warranty responses with project manager
  • Attend and participate in weekly meetings, including project and subcontractor meetings

  • 10+ years Superintendent experience
  • Experience in multifmaily markets
  • Must be able to efficiently multi-task
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • Strong work ethic and desire to motivate others
