Job Description

As the Senior Superintendent, you will report into senior operational leadership and take ownership of field execution on complex multifamily construction projects. You will be responsible for driving project performance, safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination from groundbreaking through completion.

  • Lead on-site construction operations for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments.
  • Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • Manage project controls, documentation, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to identify and proactively resolve project risks.
  • Maintain exceptional safety standards while fostering a culture of accountability and execution.
  • Utilise modern construction technology including Procore, scheduling software, and digital project management tools to enhance project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Superintendent or lead Superintendent within multifamily construction.
  • Strong experience delivering podium, wrap, mixed-use, or large-scale residential developments.
  • Proven track record managing projects valued at $50M+ with exposure to projects exceeding $100M preferred.
  • Expertise in construction scheduling, project controls, and field operations management.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining a collaborative, hands-on management style.
  • Self-starter mentality with minimal need for oversight.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
  • Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment and progression.
