This individual will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, ensure quality control, and uphold strict safety protocols.Key responsibilities include overseeing daily construction activities, managing project logistics, conducting site meetings, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants, and proactively resolving construction challenges. The Senior Superintendent will monitor project progress, enforce contract requirements, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain detailed project documentation.The role requires extensive experience working within active campus environments, laboratory settings, pharmaceutical facilities, cleanrooms, and technically complex MEP-intensive projects.
