Job Description



Field Leadership & Execution

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover.
  • Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.



Scheduling & Coordination

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including short-term look-aheads.
  • Coordinate complex sequencing involving structural, MEP, and commissioning activities.
  • Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve delays.



Mission Critical / Data Center Execution

  • Oversee installation and coordination of critical systems including:
    • Electrical infrastructure (switchgear, UPS, generators)
    • Cooling systems and mechanical equipment
    • Raised floors and specialized infrastructure
  • Support commissioning processes and ensure readiness for turnover.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-20+ years of construction field experience.
  • 5+ years as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on large, complex projects.
  • Experience with data centers, mission critical, or highly technical builds strongly preferred.
  • Background in large commercial, industrial, or highly coordinated MEP-heavy projects required.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management.
  • Proven ability to lead large field teams and manage complex jobsite logistics.
  • Willingness to travel full-time nationally.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $165,000
  • Total Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000+
  • Bonus: 15-25% performance-based
  • Per Diem: $100-$150/day
  • Vehicle: Company truck or allowance + fuel card
