With continued growth in the data center and advanced technology sector, they are expanding their field leadership team to support a robust national pipeline.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionLead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover.Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Scheduling & CoordinationDevelop and manage detailed project schedules, including short-term look-aheads.Coordinate complex sequencing involving structural, MEP, and commissioning activities.Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve delays.Mission Critical / Data Center ExecutionOversee installation and coordination of critical systems including:Electrical infrastructure (switchgear, UPS, generators)Cooling systems and mechanical equipmentRaised floors and specialized infrastructureSupport commissioning processes and ensure readiness for turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
