Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of corporate interior, commercial, and life sciences construction projects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners throughout all phases of construction.
  • Oversee project quality, safety, documentation, and risk management activities.
  • Drive communication between stakeholders and maintain a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Manage projects ranging from approximately $1M to $20M in value.
  • Collaborate with leadership and field teams to identify innovative solutions and deliver exceptional project outcomes.
  • Support the company's commitment to service, quality craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to a culture built around teamwork, accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Requirements

  • Experience managing or supervising commercial interior construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and construction operations.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering projects in active urban environments.
  • Ability to work within the Greater Boston market.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-end corporate interior projects.
  • Exposure to laboratory or life sciences construction projects.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $20M.
  • Background with tenant fit-outs and complex renovation projects.
