Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple affordable housing properties in Montclair.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations.
  • Develop and manage operating budgets to meet financial goals.
  • Lead and train on-site property management teams to maintain high performance.
  • Handle tenant relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure property maintenance and curb appeal meet organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular property performance reports for leadership review.
