Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects in the industrial sector, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any potential issues proactively.
  • Review and approve project-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and change orders.
  • Lead on-site meetings and provide clear communication to all team members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
