About Our Client

Our client is a well-respected, full-service general contractor and construction management firm with more than 30 years of experience delivering luxury custom homes, condominium interiors, and large-scale residential renovations throughout South Florida. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, the company is continuing to grow and is seeking a Project Manager who can help lead complex custom home projects from start to finish.

Job Description

  • Manage luxury custom home projects valued between $5M and $15M from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Project Manager and Project Executive
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest level of craftsmanship

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up luxury custom homes in South Florida
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required
  • Demonstrated experience taking at least one custom home project from start to finish
