Job Description

The Sitework Project Manager - Hybrid Schedule will be responsible for:

  • Manage all phases of site development projects, from project startup through completion and closeout.
  • Coordinate project startup activities, including submittals, utility coordination, permitting support, and safety documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents to address field challenges, maintain schedules, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop, track, negotiate, and manage change orders while maintaining accurate project records.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and coordinate activities among clients, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Oversee project billing, forecasting, cost tracking, and overall financial performance.
  • Procure materials and coordinate with estimating teams to ensure accurate quantities and timely delivery.
  • Monitor production metrics and project performance to achieve productivity and operational goals.
  • Prepare quantity takeoffs and pricing proposals for change orders and additional work.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

The Successful Applicant

The Sitework Project Manager - Hybrid Schedule should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in site development, sitework construction, or related civil construction disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of sitework operations, production tracking, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Experience managing project billing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing project documentation and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with wet utility construction is highly preferred.
