Job Description

Social Media Analytics & Insights

  • Own recurring social media reporting across global corporate channels.
  • Analyze content, audience, channel and campaign performance.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, benchmarks and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify engagement trends, audience behaviors and content opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry developments and platform trends.
  • Partner with internal teams to evaluate campaigns and optimize future initiatives.



Social Media Operations & Governance

  • Support publishing workflows, approvals and content scheduling processes.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and operational activities.
  • Administer platform access, onboarding, offboarding and governance controls.
  • Maintain records, documentation and operating procedures.
  • Partner with legal, compliance and communications teams to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows, reporting processes and operational controls.
  • Provide guidance and support on social media best practices, governance and platform usage.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Social Media Analytics & Operations candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing, content strategy, marketing analytics or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and organic content performance.
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing campaign results and delivering actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater or similar tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve reporting, workflow efficiency and content processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable operating within a regulated, governance-focused environment.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B marketing or another regulated industry is advantageous.
  • Agency-side experience or experience managing agency relationships is a plus.
