Job Description

    • Lead field operations for retail construction projects including remodels, expansions, and ground-up builds
    • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and day-to-day on-site coordination
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
    • Maintain jobsite safety and compliance with all regulations
    • Coordinate closely with project management teams and client stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience as a Superintendent on retail construction projects
    • Background managing big box projects, open store remodels, or similar fast-paced builds
    • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain schedule integrity
    • Willingness to travel regionally with a structured project pipeline
    • Strong communication and leadership skills in a field-driven environment
