Job Description

The SPM / PX - Multifamily will:

  • Oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, field staff, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead project planning, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management efforts.
  • Mentor and develop team members while helping establish best practices across the organization.
  • Drive successful outcomes on projects ranging from renovations to ground-up construction valued up to $60M+.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SPM / PX - Multifamily should have:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing commercial, multifamily, institutional, senior living, healthcare, education, or related construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
