Job Description

  • Support sales efforts through technical insight, customer engagement, and solution development.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and help define appropriate manufacturing or production approaches.
  • Provide technical support throughout the implementation process, including presentations and demonstrations as needed.
  • Develop and communicate value propositions that differentiate products and solutions in the market.
  • Assist with project coordination to ensure objectives related to scope, timing, cost, and quality are met.
  • Serve as a technical resource for internal teams, partners, and customers during project execution.
  • Support training and knowledge‑sharing activities for customers and distribution partners.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to support long‑term success.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong technical knowledge of machining processes and equipment.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience (machining enviorments), ideally supporting aerospace, automotive, or medical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc ect).
  • Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam/NX ect) and (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ect).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools, and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Understanding of ISO standards
  • Ability to work on-site in Schaumburg, IL, with 20% travel
