This role offers strong career advancement opportunities, meaningful impact, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.Job DescriptionChampion and support productivity enhancement initiatives and the adoption of operational best practices across the business.Lead and coordinate capital improvement and equipment installation projects, including project planning, scheduling, and documentation.Collaborate with Manufacturing teams on continuous improvement efforts, Lean initiatives, process optimization, and root cause problem-solving activities.Develop project estimates and cost analyses for electrical projects, maintain project schedules using Gantt charts, and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.Create and maintain electrical schematics, technical documentation, and troubleshooting resources to support skilled trades personnel.Lead the deployment, enhancement, and ongoing development of the SCADA system throughout the facility.Actively participate in and lead continuous improvement programs focused on operational excellence and efficiency gains.Support the maintenance and reliability of the plant's electrical systems and infrastructure.Ensure all electrical equipment and installations comply with applicable safety standards, regulations, and codes.Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to Electrical Technicians and Electricians during equipment and process issues.Evaluate manufacturing requirements and recommend improvements to equipment, materials, methods, and facility layouts to increase productivity and efficiency.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
