The Project Manager will take full ownership of retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This individual will work closely with Superintendents, ownership groups, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hospitality construction projects, including hotels, boutique properties, and restaurant builds.
