MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5+ years of real estate development experience, ideally within multifamily or condominium projectsDemonstrated experience taking at least one project from site control through construction startStrong track record managing multiple projects, consultants, and timelines simultaneouslyExperience with project budgeting, scheduling, and pre-development executionExposure to design coordination and ability to review architectural plansUnderstanding of due diligence and entitlement processesEntrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownershipExcellent communication skills and ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environmentWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $1500,000+ bonus.
