The emphasis of the Development Manager role is to interact with clients, equity partners and lenders, and to oversee the construction and design of healthcare real estate projects from start to finish.Job DescriptionDeveloping and maintaining detailed development budgets and schedules.Performing site analysis investigations, develop project feasibility analysis including critical financial analysis to qualify new development opportunities and to source debt and equity capital.Obtaining public approvals (CON, Zoning, Annexation, Site Plan Approval, Wetlands, and other processes).A/E qualification, selection and contract negotiations as well as other team consultant members.Overseeing design direction and managing the overall design process.GC or CM qualifications, selection and contract negotiations and Legal Document review and coordination.Performing projects cost-control and preparing monthly draws and invoicing.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5+ years of real estate development experience, ideally within multifamily or condominium projectsDemonstrated experience taking at least one project from site control through construction startStrong track record managing multiple projects, consultants, and timelines simultaneouslyExperience with project budgeting, scheduling, and pre-development executionExposure to design coordination and ability to review architectural plansUnderstanding of due diligence and entitlement processesEntrepreneurial mindset with strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownershipExcellent communication skills and ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environmentWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $1500,000+ bonus.
