They are actively expanding into larger heavy civil, transportation, municipal, and infrastructure projects, offering experienced professionals the opportunity to take on impactful leadership roles, influence growth initiatives, and advance their careers within a technology-forward organization that emphasizes safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionLead estimating efforts for heavy civil, transportation, utility, and municipal infrastructure projects.Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate and competitive project estimates.Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing analysis, and risk assessments to support successful bids.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals to ensure optimal project pricing.Collaborate with operations, project management, and executive leadership to develop bid strategies.Prepare and submit complete bid packages while ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met.Conduct site visits and pre-bid evaluations to validate scope, constructability, and project risks.Utilize industry-standard estimating and scheduling software, including HeavyBid, Bluebeam, P6, and Microsoft Project.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
