Sr. Estimator - MEP (HVAC) - Commercial - Jacksonville

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP (HVAC) systems in commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements and scope.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare and present project budgets, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and adjust estimates to reflect current pricing and industry standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all estimates and related documentation.
