Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for multi-family construction projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive project budgets, cost analyses, and bid packages.
  • Collaborate with project management, operations, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilise Procore and other construction technology platforms to support estimating activities.
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost projections.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
  • Support and mentor estimating team members while helping drive best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the Nevada market.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on complex bid and proposal pursuits.

The Successful Applicant

    • Minimum 7 years of construction estimating experience.
    • Demonstrated expertise in multi-family construction projects.
    • Strong proficiency with Procore.
    • Proven ability to lead teams and influence project outcomes.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong understanding of construction costs, bidding processes, and project delivery.
    • Experience managing multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Residential and commercial construction experience is beneficial.
    • Stable career history with progressive responsibility.
    • Must align with a collaborative, integrity-driven culture.
