Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support its Littleton, MA facility. This is a unique opportunity to serve as the lead HR presence for the plant while partnering closely with a broader, well-established global HR team. This role will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives, employee relations, talent management, and day-to-day HR operations for the site.
  • $85k-$110k + bonus. 5 days a week in office in Littleton, Mass

About Our Client

Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support its Littleton, MA facility. This is a unique opportunity to serve as the lead HR presence for the plant while partnering closely with a broader, well-established global HR team. This role will report dually to the HR Director and Plant Director and will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives, employee relations, talent management, and day-to-day HR operations for the site.

Job Description

  • Act as the primary HR partner for the Littleton manufacturing facility
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
  • Partner with site leadership to drive HR strategy and business objectives
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Collaborate closely with the broader HR team on company-wide initiatives and programs
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Proven experience in a Senior HR Generalist or similar HR Business Partner capacity
  • Strong employee relations background
  • Union experience highly preferred
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with employees and leadership at all levels
