MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Sr. IT PMO Project Manager should have:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.* 5+ years of business application and process implementation project management experience; construction industry exposure preferred.* Demonstrated success mentoring project management staff.* Proficiency in project management methodologies including SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall.* Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and meeting facilitation.* Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.* General understanding of software development, system architecture, and IT operations.* Strong understanding of change management processes and tools.* Creative Problem Solving - Define problems, analyze root causes, identify solutions, and develop action plans. Encourage innovative thinking across the PMO.* Flexibility / Adaptability - Respond effectively to shifting priorities, stakeholder needs, and organizational changes.* Quality Service - Build strong relationships with internal teams and consistently deliver service that meets customer expectations.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000 annually.Interested?
