Job Description

  • Lead project and process engineering efforts across equipment, automation, facility, and production improvement projects.
  • Build, mentor, and guide a high‑performing engineering team.
  • Develop capital project business cases and secure internal approvals.
  • Create project schedules and deliver progress updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Develop equipment specifications, RFQs, bid comparisons, and vendor negotiations.
  • Manage installations, utilities, commissioning, and validation support activities.
  • Oversee PFMEA development and foundational engineering processes.
  • Support production troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide CAD layouts and 3D mechanical support when required.
  • Prepare technical reports and corrective action responses as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of project or manufacturing engineering experience within a regulated environment.
  • Strong background in equipment design, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD layout development.
  • Experience with plant expansion, high‑speed equipment, or automation preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
  • Skilled in developing PFMEAs, timelines, and risk‑based project decisions.
  • Hands‑on understanding of production processes such as mixing, encapsulation, bottling, and labeling.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
