Known for its engineering expertise and customer-focused approach, the company continues to invest in innovation, technology, and employee development.Job DescriptionLead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost reduction.Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for polymer production and related operations.Support new product launches by developing manufacturing methods, tooling, and work instructions.Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency, yield, and throughput.Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, process flows, and manufacturing specifications.Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and production performance.Evaluate and implement capital equipment, tooling, and automation projects.Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on process improvements, best practices, and technical procedures.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
