Job Description

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods
  • Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
  • Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications
  • Estimate production times and related costs to provide information for management decisions
  • Confer with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities
  • Maintain company's reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC milling. turning. grinding, and/or EDM is required
  • Proficiency implementing GD&T into production.
  • Prior experience performing FMEA.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools



What's on Offer
