Its team specializes in producing complex components from challenging materials while providing engineering support, tooling expertise, and process development services to help customers optimize product performance and manufacturability.

Job Description

  • Setup, programming, and troubleshooting wire EDM, CNC mills, and CNC grinders
  • Interface with clients to understand custom product specifications
  • Collaborate with quality department to ensure component specifications
  • Create BOMs, ECNs, and SOPs
  • Develop most efficient manufacturing processes for NPI efforts

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience with CAD/CAM softwares (AutoCAD, MasterCAM, SolidWorks)
  • Strong practical GD&T knowledge
  • Experience with setup, programming, and troubleshooting wire EDM, CNC mills, and CNC grinders
  • Proven track record leading NPI efforts
