Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Boston, MA

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost controls and financial goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges proactively.
• Implement and optimize project management processes for continuous improvement.
