This firm has been in operation for over 20 years and looking to expand headcount and presence going into 2027.Job DescriptionReporting to senior operational leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Manage multiple commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $50M.Lead project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and overall financial performance.Coordinate with preconstruction, operations, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.Utilise construction management software, including Procore, to drive project controls and reporting.Monitor project risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain budget and schedule commitments.Serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle.Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued expansion of the organisation's commercial portfolio.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
