Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Manage commercial construction projects from project planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules to track key activities, milestones, and deadlines.
• Coordinate construction activities across project stakeholders to support timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address issues that may affect scope, timing, or project outcomes.
• Review project plans and requirements to help guide day-to-day construction activities.
• Communicate project updates, priorities, and next steps with relevant stakeholders.
• Track project documentation and maintain clear records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project closeout activities and confirm required deliverables are completed.
