Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsStrong Pipeline of Construction Projects - Repeat Client'sExcellent Benefits and growth opportunity into a PX for a DivisionAbout Our ClientOur client is a mid-size General Contractor that has a strong background of projects in the commercial sector, especially healthcare.Job DescriptionProject LeadershipLead multiple healthcare and commercial construction projects simultaneously.Manage all phases of construction, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.Develop project execution plans and ensure successful implementation.Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project outcomes.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders.Build and maintain long-term client relationships that support repeat business.Lead owner meetings and provide clear communication regarding budget, schedule, and project progress.Support business development efforts and participate in client presentations and project interviews.Financial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.Review and approve project costs, subcontractor payments, and change orders.Prepare monthly financial reports and cost projections.Ensure accurate project reporting and contract compliance.Team LeadershipLead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.Support employee development and succession planning.Coordinate effectively with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution.Preconstruction & ProcurementParticipate in preconstruction planning and estimating efforts.Review scopes of work and procurement strategies.Assist in subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.Evaluate design documents for constructability and cost-saving opportunities.Operations & QualityEnsure adherence to company quality standards and project specifications.Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, training, turnover documents, and warranty administration.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
