The organization has built a strong reputation for quality, agility, and long-term client partnerships, working on some of the most recognizable projects within its market.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor agreements, and procurement plans.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks, costs, and schedule milestones.Coordinate field operations, subcontractor performance, and material procurement to ensure seamless project execution.Review and process change orders, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and project documentation.Monitor project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and budget management.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control requirements, and company procedures.Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Strong knowledge of construction operations, project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.Experience managing client relationships and coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all project stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage project documentation, financial reporting, and project controls.Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering an exceptional client experience.Self-motivated, accountable, and able to take ownership of projects from inception through completion.Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
