Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
  • Lead project execution including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying risks and solutions
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure successful project delivery
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates with key stakeholders
  • Utilize industry-leading construction technology and project management processes
  • Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Experience working for a general contractor
  • Strong background managing ground-up or complex renovation projects
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
