Job DescriptionThe Sr. Project Manager - Federal Projects - Gaithersburg, MD will be responsible for:Lead all aspects of project execution for federal and commercial construction projects.Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and contract administration.Coordinate with field operations and project stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and compliance objectives.Develop and implement project plans that support client expectations and organizational goals.Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain timelines and profitability.Prepare and present project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with federal regulations, security requirements, and contract specifications.Mentor and develop project management staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.Support business growth initiatives through client engagement and project pursuit activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
