Sr. Project Manager : Ground Up

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining high performance.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
